Developed corporate technical approach for patent-based tax strategy, delivered evidence base for rebate application. Successful application for 1/3 reduction of corporate tax rate over following six years, leading to multi-million euro benefit from existing patent catalogue. Roll-out of subsequent innovation strategy for patent creation, financial incentives for deployment and inventor recognition.
